Cancellation Policy for
Individual bookings.
Notice of 7 or
more days prior to arrival: 10%
administration charge will apply.
Notice of less than 8 days: 100%
of accommodation cost*.
Notice of less
than 1 day: 100%
of total cost*.
*It has never been our policy to charge for services that have not been
provided. Every effort will be made to re-let cancelled rooms and when a
cancelled room is successfully re-sold a 10% administration charge will
only apply.

Notice of more
than 22 days: Deposit
only.
Notice of 8 to 21
days: 50%
of accommodation cost.

than 8 days: 100%
of accommodation cost.

Cancellation
Policy for Accommodation Provider
In the unlikely
event where the accommodation provider has to cancel a reservation, every
effort will be made to find similar accommodation locally to the same value
as initially booked or to give a full refund of booking deposit.
